ECE Saddlery Pre-Orders Policy

Payment for pre-order items is charged immediately upon checkout to secure your reservation.

All prices for pre-order items are clearly indicated on the product page and will not change, regardless of any subsequent price fluctuations.
3. Order Consolidation:

Orders containing a mix of pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested or stated.

If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, please place separate orders.
4. Release Date Fulfillment:

We strive to dispatch pre-order items on or shortly after the specified release/restock date. However, delays beyond our control may occur due to supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any changes to the expected timeline. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund before the item is shipped.
